2. Course Access & License
All courses, videos, downloadable materials, and source files provided on this platform are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and practice with the materials for personal educational purposes only.
3. User Conduct
You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share any course content without explicit written permission. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any functionality of the platform.
4. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final. Refunds are only considered within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of course progress has been completed. Requests must be sent to [email protected].
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and course assets remain the exclusive property of gentlepath1.site and its creators. Any derivative works must credit the original source.
